I was looking forward to driving a VW Polo and ended up with a Ford Fiesta which was pretty basic in comparison.
Car was damaged front and rear - should not have been rented out until repairs were done
When I got to Gatwick the North Terminal they arranged the car hire to return to London City and then the excess travel insurance arranged with yourselves could not be used so I paid for excess travel insurance twice. Any chance of refunding that excess travel insurance that I paid to your good selves? I am about to book another two weeks of car rental in Australia thorough yourselves but if I do not get the refund I will use another company.
Only wrinkle is that if you don_t have a qr scanner you cannot get a number in the queue at pick up. Annoying
