Rückübergabe war nicht ausreichend variabel hinsichtlich der Zeit. Bei über 4 Stunden Fahrzeit vom letzten Hotel zum Übergabeort hätte ich lieber mehr Zeit gehabt. Da war das Entgegenkommen nicht kundenfreundlich. Es gab ja eigentlich keine Dringlichkeit_ da genug Fahrzeuge vorhanden.

Was very impressed with the service on collection (there was a mess up wrt the collection time at the airport but that could have been my fault) and the drop-off service was quick and efficient - would definitely use them again!
