The pick up was great_ clean car and friendly service. These two men told me_ no problem to drop the car off a day early and the price could be adjusted if I brought it back before 24hrs had elapsed. When I dropped the car off_ after only 20hrs_ the new agent refused to adjust the price to a single day rental and she claimed I should be charged an additional fee for not dropping off at the original time scheduled. There seemed to be no recourse but to pay and move on. I have never previously had a problem with early car returns.

The office at the airport was closed when our flight arrived_ so we had to get a taxi to our accommodations then return the next morning to collect our car. The you g lady offered no apology. However the gentleman who dealt with us on 31 December was excellent and made up for the poor service we had received the previous day.
