Please note that I did not use the shuttle bus to pick up the car on this occasion_ so t ranked it on my previous experience. Cars are not new_ but they are clean and reliable_ and staff are prompt. I am a return customer who will be back again.

Confused about the excess. On the booking details is shows as $3000. On the hire contract it said $6000. I questioned this but they didn’t seem to understand what I meant. This needs to be clarified.
