Very friendly staff. Car was of correct type_ fairly old but in acceptable condition.
Car Deposit of RM300 was not mentioned in the website_ and time of returning the said deposit needed 3 working days and not immediately return on the same day returning the car which is not acceptable and do not feel secure.
The location of pickup and dropoff is as listed in Voucher. Some confusion appeared and some additional comunication was needed.
The staff were very efficient and courteous during pick up and drop off. The car was in a good condition. However it lacked options like rear view camera and its entertainment system was very basic.
The car was in good condition and with the right specifications. However_ the renting company imposes disproportionate penalties on scratches or damages that may occur and they are explained at the pick up time. Howevwe_ these penalties makes the customer feel under undue stress should he/she opts out of buying full insurance.
