This experience of a full electric car was not good at all_ never again.
The wait time was long with 15 people ahead of me_ then there were no cars available till they found one.

We waited almost 1.5 hours to pick up the car. We even arrived early. There were only 2 staff on_ and checking in seemed to take a long time. Drop off was the opposite. Very efficient. All staff were lovely
