Everything went smoothly when taking the car. One thing to notice: no one was in the parking lot to introduce me the car so I had to figure out on my own the different features in the specific car_ and nobody was there to help. Except from that I got a helpful service at the counter and improved car.

We were very happy and lucky we arrived early. By 9:30am we would have had a lengthy wait as the queue behind us was very lengthy. More staff at pick up would take the pressure off. Otherwise_ great. Thanks.
