I reserved a car_ to have a car available. When I arrived I was told there were no cars available and I had to wait_ when I asked how long I was told nobody knew! I had to wait 30 minutes for a car I thought I had reserved!

The vehicle_s Bluetooth functionality was not working. I tried to contact an agent but was not successful in my attempt to fix this. Other than that_ great service and experience.

I have one complaint. When I dropped the car_ the man said I was _checked in_ and my confirmation would be in my email. It isn_t.
