I ordered a Toyota RAV4_ but I got a Kia Sportage. It seems that they offer the RAV4 model_ but they never had it.
If there is no deposit ( 200 OMR ) : Yes The time to refund the deposit ( 1 month) is very very very very long . Others companies take 2 _ 3 days.
They were very helpful and always available to support during our stay.
