I was provided excellent service and support throughout. Additional driver was added a few days later at no additional cost. The car was dirty due to weather conditions_ but was accepted without cleaning costs. Highly recommended.

I ordered the car service with navigator but it was delivered without a navigator. As a tourist in a foreign country I needed a navigation service and had therefore to buy a local mobile line to use the Internet on my phone for Google maps.
