There should be clear signage for car return at the airport. There was none.

Bought additional car insurance at counter total RM127 but didn_t receive the insurance policy statement.

Everything was perfect except the car was not clean - inside _ out. we did mentioned it to the car provide PIC_ bur was told it was cleaned before delivering to us. We had to wipe the interior with wet wipes - came off all black dirt on em. Apart from that_ all was good!
