אחרי חיפוש ארוך הזמנתי רכב לארבעה אנשים בוגרים עם ארבע מזוודות . לכן בחרתי ולסווגן פסאט סטיישן . בפעול קבלתי פורד פוקוס סטיישן שיש מקום בתא המטען רק ל 3 מזוודות והצטרכנו לשים אחת על המושב האחורי מה שעשה את חווית הנסיעה לא נחמדה למי שישב מאחורה . אני יודע שלא מבטיחים אותו סוג רכב אך הפעם האוטו שקבלתי לא ענה על הצרכים שלנו _ מה שגרע מחוויית הטיול . מצד שני _ הפקיד שנתן שירות קבלת הרכב וגם החזרתו ( דוויד שמו ) היה מצוין _ חייכן ואדיב .

I had plans to go to Slovenia for a couple of days of my ten day rental out of Trieste_ Italy (next to Slovenian border). I reviewed the terms and conditions of the rental to ensure this was not an issue. When I arrived I was met with a surprise €10/day fee that was non-negotiable. I had to pay an extra €100 to go to Slovenia for a couple of days. I wouldn’t have chosen this rental agency if I knew about this. I feel this was dishonest on behalf of the rental company.
