I have initially booked to pick up the car from Reykjavik airport _ drop off at Keflavik Airport. But the car pick up _ drop off was done from same airport (Keflavik). Kindly reimburse the one way charge which was charged in my initial booking.

I have not been informed regarding the deposit until I got there and I would have preferred to know about it before_ just in terms of transparency.

Very helpful staff. I mistakenly reserved a car from Reykjavik instead of Keflavik. Luckily_ they gave me a similar car which was available. Car tank was not full_ but they quickly filled it. The car engine made some noises at very low speed_ but it didn_t affect the driving. Toyota Yaris hybrid_ very economical. The return was quick and pleasant.
