Car broke down after a few days _ lost over half a day of our holiday mucking around getting repaired _ owners apparently argued over price of parts with repairer then told me I would have to wait 5 hours for him to drive to garage with a part. Another half hour of back and forth before owner agrees to pay for another rental to continue for the day.
We were pulled over by the police and told that the car was not registered correctly and that the car would be immediately impounded and the rental company would need to bring us a new car out. This was extremely upsetting. My husband managed to talk our way out of the situation! Was it incorrectly registered????
