Overall a great experience. Just need to speed up the arrival desk time spent when picking up the vehicle.

When checking in to collect the car_ i used the self checkin. This was fine however_ once I completed this i still had to line up with other customers and wait to get my keys Several customers jumped in front of me who did not use the self check in. I then had to wait longer than if i had just waited for counter service.
