The deposit was not refunded. It has been two months since the rental_ and although I have been in contact via WhatsApp_ the issue has not been resolved. It is a shame_ as the person in charge was nice from pick-up to return.

Confusing about pick up location. We had to get someone to contact the deliverer_ who met us outside KLIA 2. The deliverer drove us to KLIA 1 to sort out the car.

Cheap and effective car rental

Suggest to give more detailed instructions for the delivery at Penang airport_ like where to park the car and the fact that there was no formal location on the airport. It created the situation that we just guessed to park and to look for the contact person.

It is kinda hard to contact them by email. I sent 2-3 emails asking for a few questions but till now it hasn_t been replied but luckily i don_t have any trouble during pick up.
