I was concerned about the high excess on the insurance and what seemed like a very strict policy with regards to any small tings or dents whereby each one could be charged at 2000 GB pounds. In hindsight_ I would’ve preferred to have covered the insurance on my credit card_ but this did not seem possible as the price was all inclusive..

Brilliant service all round my only gripe was not having sat nav in a brand new car...think there may if been some kind of app not sure but no explanation neither

We had asked to drop off the car on wed (new years day) at Caxton road and the customer service agent had confirmed we could do so. Nonetheless when we got to the location the offices were closed and on calling the customer service call centre we were told that being a holiday this could not be done which effectively led to us having to alter our plans and no other immediate solution was given. On the other hand the service and courteous approach we got from Conleth the next day was a five star rating.

No drop off confirmation received within 24 hrs

Very quick to take deposit from my credit card very very slow to return to account not really acceptable
