Unser Flug hatte Verspätung. Ich habe dies über das Buchungsportal mitgeteilt. Am Flughafen war aber niemand mehr von der Autovermietung anwesend und wir mussten sehr lange warten und häufig telefonieren bis wir abgeholt wurden. Die Autoabgabe hat sehr gut funktioniert. Vielen Dank Mr Ashuin.
Tha car was not in perfect condition but enough for few days. WhatsApp communication is bad. Otherwise they were at the airport in time and everything was quick. So overall all good.
Only negative was the hard sell on the optional additional insurance.
Bit of a wait at the airport_ lady was pleasant _ car was fine_ requested Polo and got Suzuki swift_ not my favourite _ did try and get a fee for cleaning as there was a bit of sand _ hey we were in Mauritius_ anyway they waved it after I questioned it_ lad that picked us up and dropped us off was great
We are charged insurance double. Not very happy with that. We are planning to come back next yeat
