Not sure why I was charged $90.19 on May 1 and then $150 on day of rental ? Was there a deposit ?

Overall the service was very good. The car was clean and in excellent condition_ the staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The only issue we had was that we were under the impression we would get the car at the airport. After a lot of asking around and waiting at the airport we discovered that we had to phone the company to come and pick us up and take us to where the car is. This was a little annoying because coming from Canada neither of our phones worked in the Azores.

Car quality and communication overall was great. However pick-up instructions and reality was different. There is no need to change pick up process (need to wait shuttle in Parking 5)_ but instructions that someone will wait you in arrivals hall was misleading_ and should be fixed.
