The car provided was not an automatic as ordered_ but the provider did supply an alternate which was bigger. The car was not quite ready when I arrived and the tank was empty_ but the person I returned the car to did make a discount on the rental. So it seemed they did their best to make do in a situation when the right car was not available.

We were impressed with the service. We changed cars 3 times during our hire. Each time it could t have been easier. The last car a fiat 500 had issues with the gear box could t get it in to 3rd gear. Which was a bit dangerous at times.
