We did not have any service when dropping off car as we were not going to the airport. We were going to a hotel.

Pickup took a bit longer than expected (about 20 mins)_but check in was fine. Car was bigger than booked! Arranged to drop off at airport as we had a very early flight - quick and easy for a $30 charge. Would use again.
