The person at the service desk had _attitude_. He was almost threatening when explaining the different insurance policies. That combined with the fact that there was a radio on the high counter playing at ear level towards us. It was hard to hear him speaking. When we returned the car the man driving the shuttle made no attempt to help with our luggage. In fact both at the depot and at the airport he stood back and left us to lift our luggage ourselves. (We are in our 70_s) Maybe he could have explained if there was a reason for that behavior.
