למרות שרכשתי אצלכם ביטוח מלא_ נציג החברה דרש כרטיס אשראי להשתתפות עצמית. כשאמרתי שרכשתי ביטוח הוא ענה שלא אצלו ואני אצטרך לרדוף אחרי הכסף ממכם. הוא דרש עוד 100 אירו תשלום מזומן במקום לכיסוי ההשתתפות העצמית ללא חשבונית. בושה! דרככם לא אזמין יותר וגם לא אמליץ לאחרים. אתם לא מציינים את זה!

הגענו לשדה התעופה_לא הייתה נציגות של החברה_אחרי חצי שעה התקשרנו_המענה היה מאתונה_לקח זמן עד שהשגנו את נציג החברה_יש לציין שהיתה בעיה בטלפון שלי וכנ ראה הנציג שלכם לא הצליח להשיג אותנו לדבריו.כמו_כ החזרנו את הרכב עם מיכל מלא דלק וקיבלנו את הרכב עםרבע מיכל דלק_מגיע לנו החזר של 70 יורו
