Our rep was very helpful explaining our different options. One note: The description that was provided for the shuttle bus pick-up spot wasn_t entirely accurate (it mentioned the pick-up spot was across from the parking area) but we needed to be outside a door that was at a different spot. She sent us a picture of the door we needed to be at - and that helped us get to shuttle spot. OTherwise_ pick-up and drop-off was a breeze and the car worked out great.

Die vom Vermieter aufgerufene Selbstbeteiligung für die Vollkasko-Versicherung war um 200€ höher als in meiner Buchungsbestätigung angegeben; Es war keine Ladekarte für Ladestationen im Auto vorliegend (wie vom Vermieter angegeben)

בקשתי רכב גדול לחמישה אנשים ומזוודות _ הזמנתי טוארג וקיבלתי Q5 שלא הייתה בגודל הנכון והייתה צפופה מאוד. הסבירו לי שזה רכב מקביל ואין רכב זמין אחר בגודל הנכון. ההשכרה הייתה לתקופה של שלושה שבועות וההתנהלות הייתה מאוד לא נוחה.

החזרתי והכל היה 100%בסדר. הבודק אמר שאקבל מייל אישור ואקבל חזרה את הפיקדון. עד עכשיו לא קיבלתי אישור_ וזאת למרות ששלחתי מייל בנידון. מטריד ולא תקין.
