The experience for picking up keys and collecting the cars are very clunky. Some people came straight in with paperwork that allowed them to take a car with little delay. I waited 40 mins.

I would expect changes to the hire car to made before arrival of collection so that people know what to expect and can afford the adjustments

The booking was confusing in where to go to complete the paperwork. It looked like it was on the airport but it wasn’t. Trying to find where to return the car was also tricky
