The customer service was great. The rental car itself lacked a lot of power_ it was ok when driving in local areas but was very challenging when using the motorway.

Das Auto dreckig übernommen und sollten es sauber zurückbringen. Spätere Abgabe da sich die Flugzeit geändert hat sollten wir mit unterschiedlichen Preisen bezahlen ( haben zwei Tage vorher Bescheid gegeben und sollten dann 10 € zahlen - am Abgabetag sollten wir 15 € zahlen) - sonst alles okay

Best solution to rent a car in Mauritius_ because on the conditions you have their_ you don_t need the newest car but a car fitting to the street conditions and the way of driving. I recommend also to take the insurance as there can happen a lot in the parking lots and as you are in the vacation_ you don_t want to spend time on activating your own insurances and taking all of the documentation efforts and time losses. So was easy going with this company_ when accepting that you have always to phone to settle all topics.

When I got to the airport_ I was told by the company to wait five to ten minutes multiple times. After about one hour and me calling the company_ someone finally came to pick me up. Other than that_ everything was ok. Oh before returning the car_ make sure to wash and clean it. If not_ you will be charged a cleaning fee

The provider was not present at our agreed pickup time and location. We made 3 phone calls to confirm our booking and location - a stressful situation. Pickup 45 minutes late.
