Minpunt: traagheid balie medewerksters bij ophalen. Bijna 1.5 uur in de rij moeten staan na lange vliegreis. Toen àlles administratief was geregeld zouden we nogmaals 1.5 uur moeten wachten totdat de auto klaar was. Uiteindelijk heeft medewerker ons eerst naar hotel gebracht en auto later nagebracht. Dit maakte het weer goed. We kregen toen goede uitleg en medewerker was heel hulpvaardig

The staff was very courteous and professional. The process was very timely and they paid attention to any concerns that I had. I will definitely use this service again.

Great experience

After a very long flight_ we were waiting almost an hour to get our car. The staff were pleasant and tried their best. I just think they were overwhelmed. They should have been better prepared for more than one flight arriving at once.

The only comments is what happened to the deposit it haven_t refunded yet_car rental returns Monday 3.o clock afternoon to is Saturday
