Staff were very friendly and efficient

Great service and reliable car

We were very happy with our car that ran without problem for 3 weeks. Staff are lovely and very helpful and the airport shuttle is very convenient. The only suggestion for the company is to have a bigger sign at the entrance of the CBD pick up building and some internal signage so it is easier to locate the desk area. Thank you and we will use this company again next year to see the South Island.

I didn_t know they made cars that basic still! Also hired two car seats_ which the staff didn_t know how to install or how they worked. One seat had no straps or restraints_ so had to use the car seat belt.

Only negative was the Yaris had no navigation
