Cleanliness very disappointing and yet client expected to return vehicle clean.
My only slight problem was they arrived late to deliver the car. However my plane did land earlier

Everything went smoothly. The car matched my booking_ was clean and in good condition. Service was professional and efficient. Overall_ a very good experience.
The inside of the vehicle was not thoroughly clean and the driver seat has a stain that is questionable. I had to cover it for the whole trip. The daily mileage is very low and could be better.
