May be 1000€ deposit is a little bit too much. Half of this may be acceptable. Some small details about a car. Too noisy at the highway. Radio touchpad not very friendly. Renault Lutecia was the car.

I didn_t expect that the pick-up location is not at the airport. We had to go up to departures_ call the rental company_ wait a little to be picked up and driven to the rental office. Not the most convenient_ especially on the way back for an early flight. However_ the service was very good. It_s just the location
