היי שלום !! ברצוני להאיר את תשומת לבכם כי רכשתי אצלכם ביטוח פרימיום ובכל זאת נאלצתי להשלים ולהוסיף ביטוח נוסף בדלפק החברה העדר תשלומים על סך של 145 יורו . דבר שני עדין לא קיבלתי שום מסמך מהחברה על סך החיובים . מבקש בדיקתכם בנושא של הביטוח .
