קיבלנו רכב עם צמיגים מאוד משופשפים פחדתי שאקבל פנצ_ר בגלגל מה שיעכב אותנו ונאלץ להחליף צמיג במהלך הטיול. למזלינו עברנו את הטיול ללא פנצ_ר.
דבר נוסף: בנקודת החזרת הרכב בשדה התעופה אין שילוט בולט וחיפשנו את נקודת ההחזרה זמן רב. הסתובבנו מספר פעמים בתחום שדה התעופה עד שמצאנו את משרד החברה שבו מוסרים רכבים לשוכרים והם הסבירו לנו היכן מחזירים את הרכב.
שלט גדול ופשוט להכוונת מחזירי מכוניות להשכרה_ כפי שקיים בכל שדה תעופה בעולם להכוונת השוכרים יכול לפתור את הבעיה.בסך הכול חברה טובה והשרות מצויין.

Ein Hinweiß zum Standort des Vermieters wäre schön da dieser schwer zu finden ist und Ausserhalb des Flughafen Geländes ist.Sonst war alles super und top in Ordnung und ich buche sofort wieder bei Euch.

Very helpful_ friendly and efficient staff at pick up and drop off. My only criticism is there were no instructions given as to where to find the drop off zone when we returned the car to Belgrade Airport.
