Guy at pick up location in Rijeka was extremely helpful!

It was challenging to drive without cruise control and a reverse parking camera. I thought they would be standard.

Still did not get my deposit back into my bank account. Rang car company _ they said it’s unblocked. Still waiting on €800 .

The process was fine though the early hours pick up presented challenges-I couldn_t easily find the location and they still have a significant 1.5k hold on my credit card. I have contacted them twice about this and requested them to release it as I returned with a full gas tank and there were absolutely no damages_ and they have not even responded yet.
