When booking a vehicle the t’s _ c’ should be explained more clearly. Especially in relation to excess insurance options. Full insurance should equal zero excess and not covering a specific amount. Paid in excess of $300 to get my appropriate cover. Would recommend with caution

This was car hire too easy. Brilliant customer service. The woman at the counter was engaging and very friendly. I couldn’t fault them at all.

The pick up at the airport from the shuttle bus was in a different location from the directions for where it would be_ so I felt compelled to re-order another shuttle bus as it did not arrive at the location I was informed it would be.
