The staff member who looked after us also helped us with our luggage (my husband was in a wheelchair due to mobility problems)_ helped us load it into the car and took the wheelchair back to the airport lounge for us. Very very helpful and thank you!

Overall experience was very good would use them again next time I need a car rental
