When I got to Gatwick the North Terminal they arranged the car hire to return to London City and then the excess travel insurance arranged with yourselves could not be used so I paid for excess travel insurance twice. Any chance of refunding that excess travel insurance that I paid to your good selves? I am about to book another two weeks of car rental in Australia thorough yourselves but if I do not get the refund I will use another company.
Only wrinkle is that if you don_t have a qr scanner you cannot get a number in the queue at pick up. Annoying

We specifically ordered a station wagen to meet our needs. We were 5 people traveling together with luggage. Our suitcases did not fit in the trunk_ and we ended up driving for one week with one of the bags inside the car 🥸.
