返却時にチェックもなく全く顧客を信頼していること、スピーディなことは日本ではありえないので感動した。

Would have preferred for the car to be at the door_ as it was raining hard and I had to walk a distance in the rain to retrieve the car_ leaving me soaking wet. Would be better if you have cars booked to bring them around to reception area. The person at the desk gave me directions and told me to just push the alarm to see the location of the car.

The staff at exi car at Auckland airport were outstanding
