We came to our chosen in advance pickup location during opening hours (Ponta Delgada downtown)_ kissed the closed door and had to wait under the harsh sun 20 min. Noone came and per telephone we were informed to come all the way to airport pickup instead_ because noone would come any more_ despite the ongoing opening hours. Obviously it’s just a portuguese way of working…But the other worker was extremely helpful and offered us a bonus for the inconvenience.
