Car battery want changed from last 3 years and when i reached to hotel. next morning the car battery was dead. I had to travel every where with Taxi. Also when i requested for day off as compensation the employee refused simply.

Car provider was late and I had to call them and there was no signage at the pick up point.

There were no instructions on how and where to pick car up. We had to ask and was given wrong info by airport staff. Had to ask a friendly policeman for the right location. When we got there was no one at the kiosk. Thankfully he arrived promptly after a phone call. Still not ideal.
