The pick up meet and greet at the airport - was on time_ great service and no fuss or stress after a flight. The pick up was on time and staff were helpful - N.C.H staff were great to deal with and I could not ask for more - Well Done !!!

Car broke down after a few days _ lost over half a day of our holiday mucking around getting repaired _ owners apparently argued over price of parts with repairer then told me I would have to wait 5 hours for him to drive to garage with a part. Another half hour of back and forth before owner agrees to pay for another rental to continue for the day.
