Please bear in mind to take a picture of every smallest scratch before getting in the car. In my experience I got blamed for damage the car had already on the time of collecting.

Hello_ i wrote a e-mail on friday evening about a scratch_ that was not documented. (the car has 11 documented scratches) i am sure this other scratch is not from me_ it would be a huge pleasure for me_ if we communicate per mail_ so there are no fines on the 600€ excess. Thank you for everything_ the rest was really good_ will recommend to friends. Only 1 star at quality because of the scratches_ everything else was fine

Picking up the car was an excellent experience (fast_ friendly_ easy)_ but when we dropped it off (in the parking lot_ away from the airport)_ nobody checked its state and we didn_t receive any confirmation whatsoever about the fact that we returned the car without any damage. The agent said that this was their normal procedure and he was quite offended that I asked for a document. I wouldn_t rent here again_ even though I was quite happy with the car itself.
