It is kinda hard to contact them by email. I sent 2-3 emails asking for a few questions but till now it hasn_t been replied but luckily i don_t have any trouble during pick up.

The staff members who served us were helpful and polite. We took a video clip of the car and its superficial scratches guided by the staff members.They willingly showed us whatever scratches it might have. This transparent gesture is helpful to avoid misunderstanding or any alleged damage when returning the car.

Overall car rental service and experience is nice and customer service is hospitality. But pickup location need to be improved. I_m ordered car at klia2 but need to pickup the car at klia. It_s better to tell customer earlier if there has changing pickup location. Wasted time to rush to klia to pickup the car

The car suspension system has defect. Knocking sound over potholes. The others were almost perfect.
