Made it clear we would be better off taking the additional insurance as we would be charged for absolutely anything even though the car had clearly been well used. The reason I won_t use this company again is that they charge an additional 10€ if the car comes back dirty. In over 30 years of renting cars on holiday_ I_ve never been charged to wash a car.
