Confusing about pick up location. We had to get someone to contact the deliverer_ who met us outside KLIA 2. The deliverer drove us to KLIA 1 to sort out the car.

It is kinda hard to contact them by email. I sent 2-3 emails asking for a few questions but till now it hasn_t been replied but luckily i don_t have any trouble during pick up.

The staff members who served us were helpful and polite. We took a video clip of the car and its superficial scratches guided by the staff members.They willingly showed us whatever scratches it might have. This transparent gesture is helpful to avoid misunderstanding or any alleged damage when returning the car.
