I was not happy with the desk service on 2nd October around 13 o_clock. My online booking request said the total price was 178€ + 900€ deposit. The desk worker tried to persuade me too many times to pick the _premium_ package instead and pay 300€ more but with only 150€ deposit. He tried to scared me that 90% of the cars get scratches and we should be really worried if we only take the basic package. It was very nasty experience. I would recommend your company only because the car was good_ it was cheap_ dropoff was convenient.

Η μόνη άσχημη εμπειρία ήταν ότι επειδή είχαμε την κάρτα visa σε αυλη μορφή στο κινητό_ και όχι σε φυσική μορφή_ μας χρέωσαν 180 ευρώ ως εγγύηση. Αναρωτιέμαι πλέον ποιος χρησιμοποιεί κάρτα σε φυσική μορφή?

Wollte Mietzeit verlängern_ war unverschämt teuer. Dazu sehr lange Wartezeit_ um danach zu fragen. Vermieter nur per Email zu erreichen. Keine Antwort auf meine Mail

Арендую часто_ никогда не пользуюсь каской. Но тут пришлось платить_ так как это первая компания которая сказала: даже маленькая царапина и мы снимем 800 евро_ а если 2 царапины_ то уже 1600 и так далее.
