Az autóban nem működött a klíma ami elég váratlan és kellemetlen dolog mivel elkezdődtek a meleg napok.

The reason for the rating for the drop off is that I returned if the day before as we were done with the car. I called to confirm it was okay and I was told yes before they closed at 7PM I arrived and waited at the location we picked up the car for an hour. No one showed up. I called and was told the location was closed and had to come to another location. No one told me when I called. It took me a total time of 1.5 hours to return the car and another 45 minutes to get home. The person who seemed to be in charged appoligized and offered me a free tax ride. I thanked him for this. I would use them again for sure. It was just a comedy of errors and misunderstandings.
