It has been two months since the rental_ and although I have been in contact via WhatsApp_ the issue has not been resolved.
It is a shame_ as the person in charge was nice from pick-up to return.

Confusing about pick up location. We had to get someone to contact the deliverer_ who met us outside KLIA 2. The deliverer drove us to KLIA 1 to sort out the car.
