När vi lämnade tillbaka bilen frågade jag om vi skulle delta när de titta över bilen. Det behövde vi inte_ sen skickar de bilder på en skada som vi ABSOLUT inte kan ha orsakat. Så jag har fått skicka in en skadeanmälan. Jag var kvar på flygplatsen i tre timmar så jag de hade kunnat be mig följa med ut och titta på bilen.

You need to display what the deposit is for the car when you pick it up. It was a surprise that I should put a 10.000 sek deposit. In addition it would be nice to have the fee clear of driving to other countries when making the booking. If you could make sure the transparency was clear here it is a spotless process.
