We had an issue with broken and missing seatbelts. Only one of the seatbelts in the back was working and we were a party of 5. I did let the provider know so that they could check for future hires.

Absolutely thrilled with the service and the quality of the car (exactly the one we wanted). We will definitely be booking our car with you next year.
