Easy pickup _ dropoff. Member of staff for pickup very courteous. Other staff member for dropoff hard to understand being Indian.

On pick up the car had several small or minor damage areas on bumper_ side step and a few scrape marks that were not pointed out on pick up which can be a little off putting as you have to take multiple pictures to ensure no false claims are made against you. Overall though the car was excellent.

Not impressed when we got a text saying the car was returned after 10am !!! When we clearly dropped it just after 9am - can you sort that out to my satisfaction please
