the car I got was an upgrade from what I thought I was getting_ so that was a nice surprise. Everything worked out fine courteous counter staff_ Rochelle. The only real issues and it really wasn_t much of one_ was that there was not a staff person there when I returned the car Sunday morning around 9:30. A gentlemen from the neighboring rental agency took care of it_ no big deal.

I was not impressed by the extra $250 costs in insurance. A very unpleasant surprise. I would recommend you for the car service_ but not for the insurance costs.

There wasn_t a car available on arrival_ and the man at the desk wasn_t aware of our reservation. Luckily he was friendly enough to arrange a car at another company (a nice 4x4_ except for the breaks that were really REALLY in bad condition).
